scooter was all scratched and dirty. No time to return so I decided to keep it
and still gave it as a gift after cleaning and sanding the scratches on the
stainless flat form. And I thank Amazon for giving me a $50.00 credit.

his birthday and he had fun while it was working. It has been 5 months (out of
warranty) and it stopped working altogether. Complete loss of power and the
reset button does nothing to bring it back to life. I would not recommend this
product.

scooter, the product that we received is not new and has scratches. There is
dirt in the tires and appears to either be refurbished or just lightly used which
they repacked and put into another box. The box arrived and had obviously been
resealed. it was torn in many locations. If the product states new, I expect it
to be in factory condition. If you would like to sell a showroom or slightly
used scooter, that is fine, but advertise it as such and appropriately lower
the price. I have not put it together to see how it runs, yet. Unfortunately it
is only a couple of days from my son's birthday so returning it right now would
leave us with no present for his special day - electric scooter for kids.

My 10 year old loves this
scooter! My only negative is that the battery life is very poor. You have to
charge it all night for about 30 minutes of ride time. Very disappointing. If
this battery has such a short use time then Razor should include an extra that
you can have charging and ready to swap out when the first one goes dead.

We ordered this for our
daughter for Chirstmas. We live in Colorado so we didn't have a ton of
opportunity to drive it before now but when we did we kept having to pump up
the back tire. We didn't think a ton about it because we used it so infrequently
however now that it is nice we realize that the valve is bad and have been to a
ton of different places trying to replace or fix the tire and no luck. The very
short warranty is over and what a total dissappiontment and headache! I think
this would be great....if it worked!

chain came loose and we had to put it back on. A couple of weeks later the back
tire blew out and now has a tear in it. Now it's sitting in a corner in his
room while we consider buying a replacement tire that costs another $30 on top
of the $205 we already spent on the scooter. I'm wondering if this is why this
particular scooter is cheaper than the others listed. I should have gone with
